Privacy Policy
Last updated August 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how SolarGloryLLC (“SolarGloryLLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our marketing site, request a demo, apply for a role, or use the SolarGloryLLC deal-desk workspace and related application programming interfaces (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Information we collect
Account and contact information. When you request a demo, create a workspace, or write to us, we collect your name, work email, company name, team size, role, and any message you choose to send. Workspace owners may invite teammates; we then store those invitees’ names and work emails as provided by the owner.
Workspace content. Customers use the Services to store price books, quotes, approval decisions, deal-room notes, and related files. That content may include business contact details of your customers and colleagues. We process this content to provide the Services to the workspace that submitted it. We do not use workspace content to sell advertising.
Usage and device data. We collect log data such as pages viewed, feature usage, approximate region derived from IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Services reliable, debug errors, and understand which flows need work.
Integration data. If you connect a third-party provider (for example a CRM, billing, signing, or messaging tool), we receive the records you authorize: account identifiers, opportunity fields, product catalogs, invoice status, and signature status. You control which connections are enabled. Revoking a connection stops new pulls; copies already stored in your workspace remain until you delete them.
Payment information. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects card or billing details. We receive confirmation of payment status, plan, and last four digits or a token. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Support communications. If you email support@solarglory.online, we keep the thread, attachments, and any diagnostic files you send so we can resolve the request and improve the product.
How we use information
We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Services; to authenticate users and enforce access control; to route quotes and approvals as configured by the workspace; to send transactional email such as invites, approval requests, and security alerts; to respond to demo and support requests; to measure product performance with aggregated metrics; to detect abuse and protect the security of the Services; and to meet legal obligations. We may use de-identified or aggregated data to understand feature adoption. We do not sell personal information.
Where we rely on consent (for optional cookies or certain marketing messages), you may withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the contact address below. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your rights and expectations.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that host infrastructure, send email, process payments, provide error monitoring, and store backups. Those providers may only process data on our instructions and must protect it with appropriate safeguards. We share information with the third-party integrations a workspace owner enables, solely to perform the connection the owner requested.
We may share information if we believe it is required by applicable law, a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of SolarGloryLLC, our customers, or the public. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may transfer as part of that transaction; we will notify workspace owners of a material change in control of the Services.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Workspace members see the content their role permits. We do not publish customer quotes or catalogs.
International transfers
The Services are used by teams in more than one region. Information may be processed by providers in regions other than the one where you work. When we transfer personal information across regions, we use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer, including standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms where required. We do not claim a single headquarters as the place your data “lives”; processing follows the providers and regions needed to run the workspace you selected.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as the workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterward to close invoices, resolve disputes, and meet legal retention duties. Workspace content remains until the customer deletes it or the workspace is closed according to the Terms of Service. Support threads are kept for a limited period needed to handle follow-up. Logs are rotated on a shorter cycle. When retention ends, we delete or de-identify the data in the ordinary course of operations.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege administration, and monitoring to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping workspace credentials confidential and for configuring roles so that only people who need a quote can open it. Notify us promptly at the contact address below if you believe an account has been compromised.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and your relationship to a workspace, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. Workspace content is controlled by the customer. If you are an end user of a customer workspace, please contact that organization first; we will support the customer in responding to a verified request.
You may also have the right to appeal a decision we make about a request, or to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights. To make a request, email support@solarglory.online. We may need to verify your identity and your authority to act for a workspace before we complete the request.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and protect the Services from abuse. We may use limited analytics cookies to understand how the marketing site is used. You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent sign-in or form submission. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Children
The Services are built for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice through the Services or by email to workspace owners. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated policy.
Contact
Questions about this policy or about personal information should be sent to support@solarglory.online. That is the only address we publish for privacy requests. We will route your message to the person who can help.
