Terms of Service
Last updated August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the websites, software, and application programming interfaces offered by SolarGloryLLC (the “Services”). By creating a workspace, clicking to accept, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you do not have authority to bind that organization, or if you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Services
SolarGloryLLC provides a deal-desk workspace for assembling quotes, routing approvals, versioning catalogs, and handing signed packages to billing tools. Features available to you depend on the plan you purchase and any written order. We may add, change, or retire features with reasonable notice when a change is material. Preview features, if any, are provided as-is and may be withdrawn.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the subscription term solely for your internal business operations. You may not resell the Services, sublicense them, or use them to build a competing product. Documentation, APIs, and rate limits are part of the Services and are subject to these Terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when you create a workspace and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your accounts, including API keys. Keep credentials confidential and revoke keys that are lost or unused. Workspace owners must assign roles that match actual duties. We may suspend an account if we reasonably believe it has been compromised or used in violation of these Terms.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must use the Services only for lawful business purposes. Individual consumer use is not supported.
Acceptable use
You will not: reverse engineer the Services except as permitted by applicable law; probe or disrupt our infrastructure; upload malware; scrape the marketing site in a way that burdens the service; use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited messages; store content you do not have the right to process; or exceed documented rate limits in a way that degrades the platform for others. We may throttle or block traffic that threatens the stability of the Services.
Customer data
You retain all rights to the price books, quotes, files, and other content you submit (“Customer Data”). You grant SolarGloryLLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely to provide and support the Services, including backups and integrations you enable. You represent that you have the rights and notices required to submit Customer Data, including personal information of your customers and teammates.
We treat Customer Data as confidential and will not disclose it except to providers who need it to run the Services, to integrations you enable, or as required by applicable law. Upon written request after termination, we will delete or return Customer Data according to our retention practices, except for copies kept as required by law or in routine backups that expire on a rolling schedule.
Payment
Fees are as shown on the pricing page or in an order form. Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless either party cancels before the renewal date. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method on file. Fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for taxes other than taxes on our net income. Overdue amounts may accrue interest at the rate permitted by applicable law. We may suspend the Services for non-payment after notice.
Downgrades take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise agreed. We do not provide refunds for unused seats or unused quote volume except where required by applicable law or where we terminate the Services for convenience.
Intellectual property
SolarGloryLLC and its licensors own the Services, including software, interfaces, documentation, and trademarks. These Terms do not transfer any ownership. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@solarglory.online with a description of the work, the material you believe is infringing, your contact information, and a statement made under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.
Third-party services
The Services may connect to CRM, billing, signing, and collaboration providers that you choose. Those providers are not under our control. Your use of them is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or downtime. Disabling an integration stops new data flow; it does not delete data already stored in your workspace or in the third-party system.
Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that quotes, totals, or approvals will be error-free or that the Services will be uninterrupted. You remain responsible for reviewing quotes before they are sent or signed.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SolarGloryLLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to SolarGloryLLC for the Services in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify SolarGloryLLC against claims arising from Customer Data, your use of the Services in violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law, including reasonable legal fees. We will notify you of a claim and allow you to control the defense, provided the resolution does not impose obligations on us without our consent.
Term and termination
These Terms start when you first accept them and continue until all subscriptions expire or are terminated. Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not cured within thirty days after written notice. We may terminate or suspend immediately if required by applicable law or if your use creates a security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including payment, IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, limits of liability, and governing law) will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of competent jurisdiction will have exclusive authority to resolve disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except that either party may seek interim relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by writing to support@solarglory.online and allowing thirty days for a response. Nothing in this section limits either party’s right to seek interim relief.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Services or by email to workspace owners. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may terminate unused prepaid terms as described under Payment.
General
These Terms are the entire agreement for the Services and supersede prior discussions, except that a signed order form controls if it conflicts. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except to an affiliate or in connection with a merger or sale of substantially all assets. We may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. Notices to you may be sent to the email on the workspace. Notices to us must be sent to support@solarglory.online.
